Did much better Cleans during the first set, but it gassed me and I gave up after the second set. It is getting harder to workout by myself.

8:40--with partial squat cleans

As rx'd in about 8:04. Doing 21 ring dips is a lot better than doing 63 regular dips. Didn't do the full squat cleans, just regular cleans.

wow this is really bad, I did full squat cleans, and bar dips, 63/45/27, alot of dips. It took me 28:47 to complete all of it. I must really suck. oh well room for improvement.
