The last deadlift day we had some discussion about Hex Bar vs. Straight bar. This is a blog by a Physical Therapist with some good comments about the subject.
I completed the run on a treadmill with a 2.5% incline in 27.21, it hurt and everyone at the gym thought I was having a heart attack. I could not feel my legs when I was done. It was cool.
Finally some running!!!
My time shows I have needed it!
