Went to the dr. today, they cut off the cast but I am now in a soft cast for four more weeks!!

Tammy and I did the workout though slightly modified.

She did 1/2 of everything with the pullups being jumping pullups.

I can only hold the pullup bar with two fingers and a thumb, so I did jumping pullups. I can not do any pushups or anything to resemble it so I just skipped it. I did full amount of reps on all exercises. My times were withing 15sec's of my wifes. I did not keep my time since the next time this comes around, I will be doing them with regular pullups and pushups.

I only did three sets as I ran 3 miles before AND I am a wuss. I also didn't keep time , but I finished the workout directly and without any extended breaks and I hit the reps as fast as possible. My wife is my witness :)I could hardly catch my breath by the end.

I completed

Two rounds, each for time of:
10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Times of 5:45, 9:09

I have not workedout in 10 days and I felt it today. I have to get more consistent and get back in the groove.
