My legs were still sore from sprints,so my squats were sissy-light!
CFWU x 3
Lunges with 95 then 135.
Squats 7x3 185lbs
Legs never loosened up.

8 minute run to wamr up, two rounds warm as rx'd, then:
135 x 3
185 x 3
205 x 3
215 x 3
205 x 3
185 x 3
185 x 3
Pulled my right quad...very sore today. Have had problems with this leg cramping up during long days and games during my tournaments, so maybe more squats will help resolve that.
