Pathetic--the plan was to get 30 in under 12 minutes--I struggled to barely get 7 then was done. Elbows, and shoulders very tight and sore, should have put this off another day.

Not able to do a muscle up and pullups are out until my hands heal from ripping callouses from the other WOD.

BJJ class for 1.5 hours, Piet worked us hard. Then Tuff class for an hour, Summer killed me...in a good way.
