Trevor Win'E Memorial Day Challenge is today at CrossFit Affiliates Nationwide. Ours begans at 10 am at our new location, 7709 E. 42nd Pl.

That was a blast!! We made a good showing for the first workout in the new gym. There is going to be some sore legs over the next few weeks. COngrats to all the teams, we all did very well.

A big thanks to all who participated with their time and money, and the volunteers who counted and kept time(Stephanie, Ashley, Jermey). It was a great day and for a great cause. In memory Trevor Win'E.

Way to go "Fat Chickens". I am jealous and I want my t-shirt. Good time had by all.
We should have had more kids teams as we had some many there. CrossFit Tulsa/CrossFit Kids.
Way to go Team "Hungry like the Wolf".
