"Fight Gone Bad" Fundraiser
(9AM to 12PM)
***Thank you to everyone who helped out with our fundraiser today. CF Tulsa raised $1,145 to go towards this important cause. By the end of the day, all CrossFit Affiliates were able to raise $270,571 total. Great job, everyone!***

***Fight Gone Bad is tommmorrow and the gym will be open from 9-12 for the competition. This is your last day to get donations and registered online. You can bring donations with you tommorrow when you show up and they will be mailed. Even if you don't plan on participating, you can still show-up to donate or cheer on the other competitors.
Some of the guys from Triton doing Fight Gone Bad last week. Wayne(the guy in the 1st pic boxjump) scored a 340! The highest score we've had yet.

95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15 reps
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
