Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Brandon then thought that it would be a good idea for us to set a barbell at 95lbs and do as many reps of press, push press, and push jerk in one set. Brutal.
