I made up the following WOD:
5 135# Front Squats 10 one-legged box jumps 16"box(5 each leg) 15 ring rows w/feet elevated on box 20 knees to elbows AMRAP in 30 minutes.
Good WOD but I was 4 knees to elbows short of completing 6 rounds.
